The Secret is the law of attraction!
Everything that’s coming into your life you are attracting into your life. And it’s attracted to you by virtue of the images you’re holding in your mind. It’s attracted to you by virtue of the images you’re holding in your mind. It’s what you’re thinking, Whatever is going on in your mind you are attracting to you.
Every thought of yours is a real thing ---- a force.
It is the law that determines the complete order in the Universe, every moment of your life, and every single thing you experience in your life. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you are, the law of attraction is forming your entire life experience, and this all-powerful law is doing that through your thoughts. You are the who calls the law of attraction into action, and you do it through your thoughts.
People who have drawn wealth into their lives used The Secret, whether consciously or unconsciously. They think thought of abundance and wealth, and they do not allow any contradictory thought to take root in their minds. Their predominant thoughts are of wealth, They only know wealth, and nothing else exists in thoughts of wealth are what brought wealth to then, it is the law of attraction in action.
A perfect example to demonstrate The Secret and the law of attraction in action is this : you may know of people who acquired massive wealth, lost it all, and within a short time acquired massive wealth again. What happened in these cases, whether they knew it or not, is that their dominant thoughts were on wealth; that is how they acquired it in the first instance. Then they allowed fearful thoughts of losing the wealth to enter their minds, until those fearful thoughts of loss became their dominant thoughts. They tipped the scales from thinking thoughts of wealth to thinking thoughts of loss, and soo they lost it all. Once they had lost it however, the fear of loss disappeared, and they tipped the scales back with dominant thoughts of wealth. And wealth returned.
Let us analyze why we fail
1. We Fear Change
Face this fact; no matter what type of self
improvement strategy you are using, at some
point you are going to have to make a CHANGE.
It could be a small change, or a big change, but you
are going to have to get out of your “comfort zone”.
Our subconscious “conditioned mind” does not
like change. In fact, it is designed to resist change
and to keep us where we are. The reason for this is
the subconscious is primarily a survival mechanism. Its
primary function is survival. It perceives any type of
change as a threat to our survival. Unless we can
bypass our survival mechanism, all our self-
improvement attempts will fail.
2. We Seek Instant Results
Today people are conditioned by media advertising to
expect “instant results.” Hence they want it NOW and
expect to see results immediately in one session, one day,
one week, one chapter, etc. They give most self-
improvement techniques and practices one shot, and if
they do not get immediate results, they get discouraged
and give up.
Immediate results are always possible, but sometimes
we need time to align our energy with our desires. If we
do not align our energy properly, we will not reach our
goal.
The need for instant results or instant gratification often
keeps people from taking the time to align their energy,
so it actually takes them LONGER to reach their goals.
3. We Give Up Too Soon.
Most people give up too soon. Part of this is due to
the need for instant results and instant gratification.
However, one of the reasons we give up too soon is
we see temporary setbacks as proof we cannot reach
our goal or desire. When this happens we blame
ourselves and/or the self-improvement program, book,
audio, seminar, etc. and give up too soon.
In order for any self-improvement program to work,
you must not give up, even when it “looks” like it is not
working.
4. We are “TRYING” instead of “DOING”
Most people “try” to get what they want. The problem
is every time you try, you are setting yourself up for failure.
In reality you can't try to do anything, You either DO it
or your DON'T. The whole world is trying and most
are failing. You cannot succeed if you "try". Once you
stop "trying" and start "doing" you can begin to expect
results.
When people “try” self-improvement programs, they
immediately set themselves up for failure. My clients
have a 99% success rate when they follow through.
But getting people to follow through is almost
impossible in some cases
My point here is that the success or failure with any
personal improvement strategy is based on DOING,
not TRYING to do! Those who “try” are guaranteed
to fail. Those that DO (follow through until they get
the result they desire) are the people who achieve
their great dreams and desires.
5. We Focus on WHAT Instead of WHY.
Most people fail at self-improvement efforts because
they focus on WHAT they have to do to get what they
want. If you lose focus on your objective or WHY you
want what you want, and instead you focus on WHAT
you have to do, you will give up when the going gets
tough. Unless you constantly focus on the WHY
(the benefits), you will not be able to make the changes
you desire.
Your assignment today is to decide how serious you are
about getting what you want. Are you willing to do
ANYTHING to make it happen? Are you sick and tired
of being sick and tired?
Until the next lesson I want you to think about this. And
if you are not serious about changing your life for the
better NOW, then don't even waste your time with this
e-course. Instead, sit back in your recliner, turn on the
TV, open a can of beer, scratch the back of your head,
and just keep doing what you have been doing. (Of course,
you will keep getting what you have been getting!)
But if you are excited about making a major change in
your life, if you are really ready to attract what you desire,
and you are not going to give up until you reach your goal,
then something wonderful is going to happen in your life.
POWER OF THOUGHT
Whether you realize it or not, we are thinking most of the time. If you are speaking or listening to someone, you are thinking. If you are reading newspaper or watching television, you are thinking. When you recall memories from your past, you are thinking. When you are considering something in your future, you are thinking. When you are driving, you are thinking. When you are getting ready in the morning, you are thinking. For many of us, the only time we are not thinking is when we are asleep; however, the forces of attraction are still operating on our last thoughts as we fall asleep. Make your last thoughts before going to sleep good thoughts.
What we are thinking now is creating your future life. You create your life with your thoughts. Because you are always thinking, you are always creating. What you think about the most or focus on the most. Is what will appear as your life.
Like all the laws of nature, there is utter perfection in the “law of attraction”. You crate your life. Whatever you sow, you reap! Your thoughts are seeds, and the harvest you reap will depend on the seeds you plant.
If you are complaining, the law of attraction will powerfully bring into your life more situations for you to complain about. If you are listening to someone else complain and focusing on that, sympathizing with them, agreeing with them, in that moment, you are attracting more situations to yourself to complain about.
One way to master your mind is to learn to quiet your mind. Without exception every teacher tells us to make meditation as daily practice. Meditation quiets your mind, helps you control your thoughts, and revitalizes your body. The great news is that you don’t have to set aside hours to meditate. Just three to ten minutes a day to begin with, can be incredible powerful for gaining control over your thoughts.
To become aware of your thoughts, you can also set the intention, “I am the master of my thoughts.” Say it often, meditate on it, and as you hold to that intention the law of attraction you must become that.
How you feel about life and anything in particular, depends on
WHERE YOU FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION
Ask yourself this question, "What do I focus on most of the time?"
If you are like most people, you will discover something very
interesting about yourself. You will discover that you spend more
time focusing on what you DON'T want than what you DO want.
Why is this important?
Because you can't expect to have what you WANT if you focus on
the OPPOSITE of what you want. Put simply, you will create and
attract MORE of whatever you focus on.
Want Proof?
Have you ever made this statement:
"I feel stressed out, but I don't know why."
From what you have just learned, it is easy to figure out "why".
It is impossible to feel bad, sad, tense or negative and not
know why.
If you are feeling stressed it is because you are focusing on
stressful thoughts. In other words, you are focusing on what you
don't want, which is to feel stressed.
Said another way, bad thoughts can never produce good results,
and good thoughts can never produce bad results.
Anytime you feel stressed, worried, fearful or have any other
negative feeling, it is because you are doing two things.
1. You are focusing on what you don't want to happen.
2. You are focusing on the future, not the present moment. It is
impossible to feel stress, worry, fear or any other negative emotion
if you are living in the present moment. The ONLY way you can feel
negative emotion is to focus on what MIGHT happen, or what you
DON'T WANT TO HAPPEN, in the next moment, next hour, next day,
next week, next year, etc.
So your assignment now is to monitor your
thoughts. From now onwards you are to
become the "observer" of your thoughts. Don't judge. Just observe.
Observe what you focus on most of the time.
Are you focused on the past? What happened and how you wish it
were different. Are you worried about the future? The next minute,
the next day, next week, etc?
Start right now. Take a look at what you focus on most of the
time. As you do this, please keep in mind: What you think about
today, in this moment, will become your future.
Once you understand this, you can accurately predict your
future. If you keep thinking what you are thinking, you will
keep getting what you are getting. But if you shift your thought
patterns and focus on what you want, instead of what you don't
want, you can begin to create a new and exciting future.
From now onwards please observe your thoughts and become aware of
what you think about most of the time.
