This is what your homeopathic homekit could contain:
Arnica 200: For all blunt injuries caused due to falls, sprains i.e. injuries without much bleeding or also for bruises & bodyaches.Dose: 3 pills 4 times a day.If pain is severe , it can be taken every two hours.
Aconite 200: For sudden fevers or colds especially caused by coldwinds.Dose: 3 pills every 2 hours
Arsenic alb 200: For sudden food poisoning especially in summer leading to fever, vomiting & diarrhoea.Dose: 3 pills pvery 1 hour.
Belladonna 200: For sudden high fevers with a lot of redness of skin &/or eyes. Dose: 3 pills every 1 hour.
Calendula ointment: For any wounds whether due to injury,post-operative wounds etc.
Coccus cacti 200: For travel sickness.Dose: 3 pills as & when required.
Ferrum Phos-6X: For early stages of infections anywhere eg.throat,tonsils, ears,eyes, joints,skin etc. Dose: 3 pills every hour.
Hamamelis 200: For acute bleeding eg.menses, nosebleed,bleeding from piles or wounds.Dose: 3 pills every hour combined with Ferrum Phos.
Hypericum: Injuries to nails, finger tips or any very sensitive part of the body.Dose: 3 pills every hour.
Ipecacuanha 200: For sudden nausea &/or vomiting.Dose: 3 pills every hour.
Kali Mur 6X: For congestive colds & sinusitis.Dose: 3 pills every 2 hours.
Ledum 200: For punctured wounds, insect bites, bad bruises.Dose: 3 pills 3-4 times a day.
Mag Phos 6X: For severe abdominal or menstrual pains, any spasms of the ear, teeth.Dose: 3 pills every hour.
