Practice of Mudra (alignment of fingers)

Shunya Mudra (Mudra of Emptiness):
Mudras are the alignment of fingers in the hand. The fingertips are the points of receiving energy from the cosmos. They also radiate, distribute and control energy flow in the body, when the fingers are aligned in a definite pattern called mudra
The picture above is called Shunya Mudra.
This is a very useful mudra used in treatment and management all types of ear troubles. It relieves ear pains in the matter of few minutes.
Method:
Keep the middle finger at the Venus and press it with thumb (as shown in the figure above).
Speciality:
It reduces the dullness in our body.
Time Duration:
One can practice it for 40 to 60 minutes daily until to be cured from the disease.
Benefits:
· It relieves an earache within 4 or 5 minutes
· It is useful for the deaf and mentally challenged, but not for inborn ones.
· Very useful tinnitus (ringing of ears), temporary deafness, weakness of auditory nerves
and all other types of ear trouble.

Conclusion:-- Practice of mudra dates back from the time of Lord Buddha. It is said that Lord Buddha could meditate for a number of day without food with the Pran mudra (which will be discussed in some posting later). The purpose of this posting is to popularize the practice of mudra.
